Job summary

VIVO Defence Services seeks an experienced Built Estate Manager to lead facilities management within a secure Defence environment. You will own a complex estate, provide technical leadership to on‑site teams, and coordinate with DIO/DSTL and other stakeholders to deliver planned and reactive works.

You will ensure compliance with safety standards, optimise assets, manage budgets, and champion sustainability. This is a high‑impact, on‑site role requiring UK national status and SC eligibility.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in estate or facilities management, ideally within construction or property maintenance.
• Strong working knowledge of MOD systems, JSP375, and Safe Systems of Work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of planned and reactive maintenance.
• Engage with supply chain, DIO, DSTL and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with JSP375 and MoD safety standards.
