Job summary

Helsing is seeking a Programme Manager for the Land domain to lead complex, software‑intensive defence programmes. You will own stakeholder relationships, drive iterative delivery, and align engineering with customer milestones across multiple teams and sites.

You will translate performance into leadership reports, surface risks early, and drive improvements while adhering to security and compliance requirements. This role involves regular travel across sites and international collaboration.

Qualifications

Has led end-to-end software product delivery in B2B/B2G environments using Agile methods.
Hands-on Scrum Master experience with facilitating ceremonies and backlogs.

Responsibilities

Maintain programme roadmaps and dashboards with KPIs across milestones.
Facilitate sprint cadences, backlog refinement, standups and retrospectives.
Translate contractual milestones into iterative product roadmaps and backlogs.
Be primary contact for customer and partner stakeholders; ensure commitments are met.
Manage commercial engagement; identify opportunities and support proposals.
Coordinate across engineering, commercial and operations workstreams to deliver on timelines.
Monitor risks and provide proactive course-correction recommendations.
