Job summary

Helsing seeks a Programme Manager for its Land domain to own stakeholder relationships and drive the iterative delivery of complex, software‑intensive capabilities. You will bridge Helsing engineers with customer leads, guiding cross‑functional teams using agile methods to keep milestones aligned with the defined value proposition.

In this role you will maintain roadmaps, dashboards and KPIs, translate milestones into backlogs, and report to leadership while surfacing risks early to protect

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software products end-to-end in B2B or B2G environments using agile methods.
• Hands-on Scrum Master experience with practical facilitation of ceremonies and backlog management.
• Built and owned senior stakeholder relationships with clear commercial awareness.
• Developed programme steering mechanisms, dashboards and risk frameworks for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain programme roadmaps and steering dashboards, tracking KPIs across milestones and contractual obligations.
• Facilitate sprint cadences, backlog refinement, standups and retrospectives with engineering teams to maintain delivery tempo.
• Translate contractual milestones into iterative product roadmaps and sprint backlogs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and partner stakeholders, ensuring Helsing's commitments are met at every milestone.
• Identify opportunities, support proposals and keep delivery progress aligned to value propositions.
• Orchestrate Helsing's capabilities across engineering, commercial and operational workstreams to align efforts across timelines.
• Monitor programme risks and propose course‑correction recommendations to leadership.
