Job summary

Helsing, a defence AI company, seeks a Team Lead for internationally aligned Training and Mission Success Specialist roles. You will plan and execute field deployments and training across international markets, lead cross‑discipline teams, and act as the primary business development interface during deployments.

You will also deliver HX‑2 tactics instruction and supervise senior customer success during engagements, shaping customer experience and product improvements across global programmes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in field operations or training programmes in high‑stakes, time‑critical environments.
• Experience designing NATO or equivalent training programmes and using training design frameworks such as ADDIE/NATO Systems Approach to Training.
• Eligible for security clearance required for operational demands.
• Excellent English communication across diverse international defence audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management of international field deployments and training courses, ensuring on‑time delivery across multiple engagements.
• Serve as the primary business development lead during customer deployments, building trusted relationships with defence and government stakeholders.
• Deliver HX-2 tactics instruction as subject matter expert, updating course content to reflect latest doctrine and system capabilities.
• Act as senior customer success owner during field engagements, capturing feedback and driving programme and product improvements.
• Represent Helsing internationally, coordinating with Sales, BD, Production, Logistics, Export Control, Product Management, Legal and People to align field activity with priorities.
