Netcompany is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead complex defence sector programmes in the UK. You will combine delivery excellence with strong commercial awareness and account management to grow trusted client relationships.

You will manage multi-workstream delivery, governances, risks and dependencies while driving collaboration with internal teams and client organisations to achieve programme outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large, complex programmes within the UK defence sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and grow accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex, multi-workstream programmes within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Establish governance, reporting, risk and dependency management for programmes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as the primary delivery contact.
