Job summary
Helsing GmbH is seeking a Programme Manager for the Land domain to act as the primary customer and partner liaison, guiding cross-functional teams in an agile, software-intensive defence programme. You will translate commercial milestones into product roadmaps and ensure delivery milestones align with values and customer needs.
You will lead sprint cadences, manage risks, and provide clear reporting for senior leadership while travelling across sites as required, including UK locations like
Qualifications
- Experience delivering software products in B2B/B2G environments using agile methods.
- Hands-on Scrum Master experience facilitating agile ceremonies and backlogs.
- Strong senior stakeholder relationships and commercial awareness.
- Ability to translate programme performance into clear leadership reporting and decision-ready data.
Responsibilities
- Maintain programme roadmaps and dashboards with KPIs for leadership.
- Facilitate sprints, backlog refinement, standups and retrospectives with software and AI teams.
- Translate contractual milestones into iterative product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Primary contact for customer and partner stakeholders across delivery teams.
- Manage commercial engagement within the programme and align to value propositions.
- Coordinate engineering, commercial and operations workstreams across timelines.
- Monitor risks and propose course-corrections to leadership.
