Full Time - 30 Hours

We are recruiting a driven and dynamic Decontamination Manager for Duchy Hospital in Truro.

The role:

Lead the delivery of the Decontamination service at Duchy Hospital in Cornwall. This is a key strategic role within Ramsay Health Care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ISO 13485 standard decontamination service for reusable medical devices.
• Ensure operational performance of the decontamination service.
• Operate within a defined budget, maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Work autonomously and lead a team effectively.
• Support staff wellbeing and development through appraisals.

Requirements:

• Extensive management experience in decontamination.
• Recognised decontamination qualification (NVQ/TVQ/Technical Certificate).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to implement change.
• Management certificate or equivalent is advantageous.
