We are recruiting a driven and dynamic Decontamination Manager for Duchy Hospital in Truro.

The role:

As Decontamination Manager, you will lead the delivery of the Decontamination service at Duchy Hospital in Cornwall.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing ISO 13485 standard decontamination services for reusable medical devices.
• Ensuring operational performance of the decontamination service.

• Providing leadership to achieve operational objectives.
• Supporting staff wellbeing and development through effective appraisals.

Requirements:

• Extensive management experience in decontamination.
