Full Time - 30 Hours

We are recruiting a driven and dynamic Decontamination Manager for Duchy Hospital in Truro.

The role:

You will lead the delivery of the Decontamination service at Duchy Hospital, Cornwall.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing ISO 13485 standard decontamination services for reusable medical devices.
• Ensuring operational performance of the decontamination service.
• Working within budget to ensure efficient service delivery without compromising quality.
• Leading and supporting staff development and wellbeing.

Requirements:

• Extensive management experience in decontamination.
• Recognized decontamination qualification (NVQ/TVQ/Technical Certificate).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and adaptability.
