Qualifications

• Previous, relevant working experience within a Customer Service environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Master / Mate in safe vessel operation and management.
• Ensure passengers have correct ticket type per Pay Before You Travel.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the vessel.
• Assist OSCA/OCSA with customer service and stock control.
• Support safety checks and compliance with SMS/ISM and health & safety policies.
• Play health and safety announcements and report defects.
• Assist securing vessels alongside piers.
• Record passenger numbers on relevant systems and advise loading space.
• Provide a friendly welcome, information, and a farewell to passengers.
• Assist in bunkering of fresh water and fuel.
