Citizens Advice North Nottinghamshire is seeking a committed, compassionate Support Worker to join our Debt Team in Mansfield and Worksop. You will prepare clients for appointments, help with case recording, and provide admin support to our Debt Caseworkers.

This role is client-facing and requires the ability to handle crisis with calm and empathy. We value resilience and eagerness to learn in a supportive team environment; prior debt advice experience is not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with clients in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clients for appointments.
• Assist with case recording and reporting.
• Provide essential administrative support to the Debt Team.
