Dukes Bailiffs Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Contact Centre Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, live chats and emails, focusing on collecting overdue payments and arranging affordable payment plans.

You’ll join a team of 15, benefit from a hybrid pattern (3 days in office, 2 remote) after probation, and receive a starting salary of £26,250 per year plus an uncapped commission scheme. 25 days leave, pension and wellbeing initiatives are included.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year's Call Centre experience/objection handling and negotiating.
• IT literate and computer savvy.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Good written and verbal English.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, live chats, and emails.
• Negotiate and arrange affordable payment plans.
• Follow client instructions and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Provide tailored solutions to help customers resolve debts fairly.
• Work collaboratively to share best practices and improve results.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update systems promptly.
