Flint Bishop LLP in Derby, UK, seeks a Team Leader to supervise Legal Recoveries Specialists in the Debt Recovery department. The role focuses on day-to-day supervision, quality control, and training recommendations, reporting to Head of Debts Services and Debt Recovery Manager.

The position is full time (36.25 hours/week) based at Pride Park, Derby, with opportunities to lead key client accounts and deliver revenue updates and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt recovery, preferably in energy/utilities.
• Supervisory experience in a contact centre or legal setting.
• Ability to manage own caseload.
• Interest in a contentious area of law.
• Excellent time management with tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day work and operations of Legal Recoveries Specialists.
• Collaborate with Debt Recovery Managers and Head of Debts Services on departmental matters.
• Run a senior-level caseload of debt recovery matters.
• Contribute to business development activities for the department, including client pitches/tenders.
• Ensure financial targets are met at personal and team levels.
• Ensure adherence to firm-wide and departmental SLAs and procedures.
• Mentor junior fee-earners and review files for development.
