Job summary

Flint Bishop in Leeds is seeking an experienced operational leader to take overall responsibility for our Financial Services Recoveries litigation operation and to provide direct line management to the Customer Engagement Team Leader.

The role combines litigation delivery, first-line operational controls, people management and oversight of customer engagement activity, with accountability for safe, controlled, commercially effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Experienced operational leader with strong track record in regulated/court-adjacent operations.
• Ability to understand and improve end-to-end litigation delivery processes.
• Credible people leadership and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the Financial Services Recoveries litigation team.
• Line manage 12 Paralegals and the Customer Engagement Team Leader with clear objectives.
• Manage first-line controls, risk, quality and reporting for the operation.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to ensure strong client outcomes and governance.
