Flint Bishop in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Litigation Executive to join our Debt Recovery team. You will manage a caseload of defended and complex debt recovery matters and report to the Head of Debts Services.

The role requires strong legal drafting, strategic advice, and the ability to navigate court procedures. You will work with colleagues across the department to maximise recoveries and deliver a high standard of client service.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with at least 2 years PQE in commercial debt recovery.
• Experience managing a significant caseload of complex debt recovery matters.
• Excellent IT skills and ability to produce informative reports.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Liberate preferred but training provided.
• Strong communication and data presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage a varied caseload of defended debt recovery matters.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, court bundles and judgments.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients through the litigation process.
• Prepare cases for hearings and manage enforcement actions.
• Develop case strategies and advise on best course of action.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and maintain high file management standards.
• Stay updated on legal changes and participate in training.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise recoveries.
