Job summary

CCP Recruitment LTD is partnering with a growing debt-recovery leader to recruit Customer Service Advisors for their Truro head office. You’ll build strong customer relationships, understand needs, and maintain clear communication while working with internal teams to resolve queries.

This office-based role is 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri 9:00–17:30) with one in four Saturdays. Salary £30,030 with uncapped commission and company pension and bonuses.
