Job summary

Credit Style, part of Bristow & Sutor Group, seeks a debt recovery agent to make and receive calls to recover debts from businesses and individuals in the Sheffield area. You will work with a dialler system, entering repayment agreements and customer data, while hitting targets and maintaining professional, compliant interactions.

Role is full-time, on-site at our Sheffield office with shifts within 8am–8pm (Mon–Thu) and 8am–5.30pm (Fri).

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communicator both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working to targets with earnings potential.
• Strong IT skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to recover outstanding debts.
• Enter accurate records of conversations and repayment agreements.
• Enter customers affordability accurately for sustainable repayments.
• Follow debt-collection processes and treat customers fairly.
• Aim to meet personal and team targets.
• Attend office during normal hours at Sheffield site.
