Job summary

DPD UK is seeking a Debrief Operative in Doncaster on a fixed-term contract until Jan 15, 2027. The role is 40 hours per week, afternoons, joining a depot team responsible for driver debriefs and customer experience.

You will support drivers, manage Saturn handhelds, handle enquiries, keep paperwork tight, and contribute to safety and KPIs, with full training, uniform and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Energy, self-motivation and a can-do attitude.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Comfortable with computer systems and handheld devices.
• Reliable, punctual team player who helps out where needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the squad by helping drivers with tricky addresses and clear instructions.
• Maintain and report on Saturn handheld devices, reporting glitches ASAP.
• Handle driver and depot enquiries to keep KPIs on track.
• Run driver debriefs and ensure paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Support safety initiatives to keep the workspace safe.
