Job summary

DPD are looking for a Debrief Operative to be the backbone of the depot, bridging our drivers with a 5-star customer experience. You will support drivers with routes, manage Saturn handhelds, handle enquiries, run driver debriefs, and ensure paperwork is tight while upholding safety. Training, uniform and PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Comfortable with handheld devices and computer systems.
• Reliable, punctual team player eager to help out.

Responsibilities

• Support drivers by routing and giving clear address instructions.
• Maintain Saturn handhelds and report glitches ASAP.
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain depot KPIs.
• Run driver debriefs and keep paperwork tight.
• Uphold safety in the workplace.
• Training, uniform and PPE provided.
