Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) (VWFS UK) is seeking a capable customer-focused advisor to process finance documents for dealer submissions. You will validate details, authorise payouts and liaise with multiple business areas to ensure swift, accurate responses.

Experience in customer service, data handling, and a working knowledge of data protection and consumer credit acts is valued. Flexible working patterns including evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Respond to dealer enquiries by phone with speed and accuracy.
• Enter and process customer and dealer data in internal systems.
• Validate customer documentation with proposal details.
• Understand FCA regulations to fulfil the role.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• This role processes documents for finance submitted by VWFS UK Dealers/Retailers.
• Ensure dealer applications and queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently, with timely actions.
