Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a customer‑focused finance advisor to process dealer finance documents, verify details and ensure speedy payouts to our VW Group network. You will handle dealer and customer enquiries mainly by phone, maintain accurate data in internal systems, and liaise with other business areas, all while complying with FCA and Data Protection regulations and meeting deadlines.

A flexible pattern including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Full PC literacy essential.
• Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities.
• Previous customer service centre, call centre or finance company experience is desirable.
• An understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable.
• Strong customer service focus essential.
• Able to demonstrate systematic thought processes.
• Able to cope with pressure and meet deadlines, including evenings and weekends plus some Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responding to dealer enquiries, mainly by phone.
• Entering / handling customer and dealer data via internal systems with speed and accuracy.
• Validating customer documentation with proposal details and authorising appropriate payment to the dealer.
• Close liaison with other business areas including Customer Services.
• Maintaining your understanding of FCA regulations to ensure competence.
• Processing appropriate documents for finance submitted by Volkswagen Group Dealers/Retailers and verifying details to ensure speedy payouts.
