Corus Consultancy Limited is seeking a De-brief Operative for a Bromley-by-Bow location. The role involves face-to-face check-ins with courier drivers, reviewing daily performance and addressing any issues at the depot.

You will track performance, manage delivery data and POD paperwork, communicate updates to warehousing, and handle returns processing for undelivered parcels.

Responsabilidades

• Driver Check-Ins: meet with courier and delivery drivers on return to the depot to review their day and discuss issues.
• Performance Tracking: assess driver efficiency against target delivery times and drive improvements.
• Data & Paperwork Management: reconcile delivery data on transport software and log PODs accurately.
• Real-Time Communication: act as the main contact for drivers and relay route updates to warehousing/dispatch.
• Returns Processing: verify and manage parcels that could not be delivered and locker returns.

My Client based in Bromley-by-Bow is seeking De-brief Operative.

Shifts available

Monday to Friday- 7am to 3.30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Driver Check-Ins (The \"Debrief\"): Meeting with courier and delivery drivers face-to-face as they return to the depot. You will review their day, check delivery route performance, and discuss any issues faced during their shifts (such as full parcel lockers or blocked access)
• Performance Tracking: Assessing driver efficiency against target delivery times and setting continuous improvement goals.
• Data & Paperwork Management: Reconciling delivery data on transport software, ensuring all Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation is signed, accurate, and logged cleanly
• Real-Time Communication: Serving as the central point of contact for drivers, answering queries, and passing vital route updates back to the warehousing or dispatch teams.
• Returns Processing: Verifying and managing parcels that couldn't be delivered or locker returns brought back to the depot.
