The University of Exeter is seeking a DClinPGR Project Coordinator on a full-time fixed-term basis to cover a secondment until 31 July 2027, with hybrid working options combining campus and home-based days.

The role coordinates project support across the DClinPGR Programmes, plans and tracks progress, communicates with team members, third parties and stakeholders, and builds strong relationships with external partners.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities across diverse stakeholders.
• Proven IT proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with social media tools.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate project support across the DClinPGR Programmes; plan and track progress.
• Communicate with team members, third parties and stakeholders; build relationships with external partners.
• Facilitate and manage changes and integrate programme processes; coordinate meetings, events and deliverables.
• Provide admin support to the Director and senior academic team, including agendas and minuting.
