Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a DCIM Delivery Senior Manager to lead the quality and performance of complex Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) systems. In this senior technical role, you will oversee multiple projects from design through commissioning, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent, with over 7 years in DCIM landscapes, and a proven track record in leading diverse teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in controls, DCIM, or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Proven experience in leading complex delivery programs.
• Expertise in industrial protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.

Responsibilities

• Own DCIM delivery across multiple projects from design through commissioning.
• Lead and develop CBQE and engineering teams.
• Ensure quality, commissioning readiness, and issue closure.
