QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Project Manager to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on campus projects. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers and Operations staff, and present updates to executive reviews.

A 5+ year track record in commercial construction and a relevant degree are preferred to drive site programs and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in commercial construction, managing Lump Sum, CM@Risk, and Design-Build from concept to close-out.
• MS Office: PowerPoint for program updates and Excel for budgets.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple projects on campus(es) with budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Create updates on development program for executive reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop site master development plans and budgets.
• Review monthly pay applications and change orders with contractors.
