Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Project Manager to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities for a Northumberland-based project. You will collaborate daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers and Vendors to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting and scheduling skills, with a track record of managing complex, data-center scale programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint for executive updates, and Excel for budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple campus development projects with budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Develop and present monthly updates for executive reviews.
• Coordinate with design, construction, procurement and stakeholders to deliver sites on time and within budget.
