PRS (Phoenix Resourcing Services) is seeking a DCIM Delivery Senior Manager to lead critical controls and monitoring across a growing portfolio of data centres. The role requires strong technical leadership and a proven track record in live environments, delivering BMS, EPMS and DCIM solutions from design to commissioning.

You will manage specialist partners, drive engineering standards and mentor teams, shaping the integration of complex infrastructure across multiple developments.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an internationally recognised data centre organisation, taking ownership of critical controls and monitoring systems across a growing portfolio of mission-critical facilities.
The business is looking for a technically strong, delivery-focused professional who understands the demands of live data centre environments and has the experience to lead complex BMS, EPMS, PLC and SCADA delivery programmes.
This is a high-profile position combining technical leadership, project delivery and engineering management, with the opportunity to influence how critical infrastructure systems are designed, integrated, installed and commissioned across multiple data centre developments.
This Opportunity

• Take ownership of DCIM and controls delivery across multiple data centre projects.
• Lead BMS, EPMS, PLC and SCADA technical delivery from design through to commissioning and handover.
• Manage specialist controls partners and system integrators, ensuring quality, performance and delivery standards.
• Provide technical leadership on system architecture, controls strategies, sequences of operation and integration.
• Oversee FAT, installation, testing, commissioning and operational readiness.
• Work closely with construction, engineering, IT and project delivery teams.
• Drive technical standards, consistency and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
• Develop engineering capability, mentor teams and act as the senior technical escalation point.

The Candidate We are looking for

You will already be established within the data centre sector, ideally working for a data centre operator, developer or major mission-critical organisation.
You will offer:

• A strong background in data centre BMS, EPMS, DCIM or controls engineering.
• Proven experience delivering controls and automation systems within mission-critical facilities.
• Excellent knowledge of PLC, SCADA and integrated building management systems.
• Experience managing system integrators, contractors and technical delivery partners.
• A strong understanding of data centre electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• The ability to lead technical teams, manage complex delivery programmes and take ownership of results.

Experience with Ignition, AVEVA, Rockwell, Schneider Electric or Siemens platforms would be advantageous.
