H&M Group is seeking a DC Team Leader to guide a high‑performing distribution centre team in Milton Keynes. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and drive compliant, efficient processes that support customer satisfaction and business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a DC team in inbound/outbound and returns
• Hands-on daily workflow management and problem resolution
• Solid understanding of warehouse management technology and processes
• Familiarity with HR processes and employee relations
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, returns, VAS and inventory
• Coach and develop team members to raise capability and performance
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and lead by example
• Foster open communication and recognise individual strengths
• Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating work environment
• Apply HR and disciplinary practices consistently and fairly
• Drive engagement and continuous improvement through data and collaboration
• Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
• Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and service targets
• Ensure accurate transactions and inventory integrity through counts and audits
