Job summary

H&M is seeking an experienced DC Outbound Operations Manager to oversee and optimise all outbound activities at the Milton Keynes distribution centre. You will lead store replenishment, online fulfilment, packing, and inter-DC transfers while driving efficiency, quality, and cost control.

You will develop and coach the DC Team Leaders, ensure ongoing staff training, and promote a safe, inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with H&M standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading large outbound logistics teams.
• Strong understanding of HR principles including succession planning and performance management.
• Experience coaching across levels and developing others.
• Expertise in running DC outbound operations and garment flow.
• Knowledge of systems, HR, staffing, security, and H&S interconnections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise outbound operations across store replenishment, online fulfilment, packing, shipping, and inter-DC transfers.
• Lead teams to meet capacity, drive improvements, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Develop DC Team Leaders in recruiting, onboarding and coaching.
• Ensure continuous training and a safe, inclusive workplace.
• Align operations with regional sales targets and service expectations.
