Job summary

H&M Group is recruiting for an DC Inbound Operations Manager in Milton Keynes. You will oversee and optimise daily distribution centre outbound and inbound operations, ensuring compliance while driving improvements in workforce development, service excellence, efficiency, and cost control.

You will lead teams to meet capacity needs, maintain inventory accuracy, and develop leaders. The role emphasises training, inclusion, and alignment with regional sales, operations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large outbound distribution centre operations.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Track record of improving efficiency, quality and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise outbound operations including store replenishment, online fulfilment, packing, shipping, and inter-DC transfers.
• Drive workforce planning, performance management and inventory accuracy.
• Develop and coach DC Team Leaders for inbound workflows.
• Ensure continuous training and safety across the DC.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align capacity with demand.
• Set and monitor performance goals following global standards.
