Job summary

Just Group plc in Reigate is seeking a Pension Administrator to join the DB Onboarding Data & Implementation team. You will review data for new schemes, perform high-level checks, and support TPA onboarding and governance processes.

The role is permanent with a 12-month FTC/maternity cover, offering 35 hours per week, hybrid work (approx. 50% on site/remote), and a competitive benefits package including pension, life assurance, private medical cover, and a generous bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension scheme administration preferred.
• Understanding of Bulk annuities and pension scheme administration requirements beneficial.
• Self-starter with ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support implementations process with initial data checks to ensure data is fit for next checks and TPA onboarding.
• Facilitate onboarding flow into TPA and participate in work planning calls for implementations.
• Maintain records of sign-offs in line with governance matrices and assist with transition tasks.
• Support operational tasks for transitioning schemes, including payroll funding and member calculations.
• Be the first point of contact for funding or queries during TPA set up.
• Assist BAU handover with TPA and operational teams, addressing queries and resolving issues.
• Assist in producing monthly transition MI.
