Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role within gaming, retail, hospitality, or related industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to lead and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Open, trade and close the venue.
• Assist the venue manager with day-to-day activities.
• Maintain high standards of interior/exterior appearance and housekeeping.
