Job summary

MERKUR Casino UK Ltd in Oldham is seeking a Day Supervisor to join our venue team. The role is 40 hours per week with a day schedule and a competitive rate of £13.53 to £14.53 per hour, with a night rate of £14.53 for hours 23:00–06:00.

You will support and mentor team members, uphold service standards, and help drive revenue while ensuring safety and compliance. Training is provided, and opportunities for career progression are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in gaming, retail, hospitality, or similar.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Open, trade and close the venue with responsibility.
• Support the venue manager in day-to-day activities.
• Maintain high housekeeping and standards throughout the venue.
• Establish customer service standards and maximise income opportunities.
• Ensure venue cash handling and security procedures are followed.
