Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a talented Sous Chef for a high-end restaurant in the UK. You will assist the Head Chef in preparing high-end meals in an open-plan kitchen, using locally sourced fresh produce, on day shifts from 9am to 6pm.

You should be an experienced Sous Chef, able to supervise junior chefs, work unsupervised, and bring strong management skills. Own transport is required due to location.

Qualifications

• Sous Chef level required and proven experience in a high-end kitchen.
• Experience working with fresh produce in a fast-paced environment.
• Own transport is required due to location.
