Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day responsibility for a busy restaurant and cafe operation.
• Lead from the floor and set the standard for excellent customer service.
• Coach, develop and motivate the team to deliver consistently strong standards.
• Delegate effectively and develop your management team to take greater ownership.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure service runs smoothly.
• Manage rotas, staffing levels, stock and operational controls.
• Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness and compliance standards.
• Drive sales and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance.
• Ensure the operation delivers consistently strong hospitality standards.
