Platinum Recruitment Consultancy Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead a daytime operation in Marlow.

You will oversee front of house and kitchen, drive service standards and team performance, and ensure a first‑class customer experience in a busy cafe/restaurant setting. This role offers genuine work‑life balance with every evening free, alternate weekends off, and sociable daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Cafe Manager.
• Experience in busy daytime venues such as restaurants or cafes.
• Hands-on management style with visible leadership.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality focus.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Able to commute reliably to Marlow.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for day-to-day running of the restaurant and cafe operation.
• Lead from the front during busy breakfast and lunch services.
• Support both front of house and kitchen operations.
• Coach, motivate and develop the team.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness and food safety.
• Manage rotas, stock control and day-to-day operational requirements.
• Drive sales through excellent service and strong commercial awareness.
• Ensure consistently strong hospitality standards.
