Our PM Shift Warehouse Supervisor is a key role working with our Day Shift Manager to ensure the smooth running of the day operation in our Depot where you will lead teams of Loaders, Sorters and Drivers in processing parcels delivered from client sites into smaller geographic areas to be delivered to the final customer.
You’ll be joining our business as a key member of the Depot Management team. Working under the Dayshift Manager, you will support your Depot by providing strong man‑management to all front‑line staff on your shift.
You will supervise a mixed team of contracted and agency staff across our day shifts. This Shift is key to our business as it is when we process the growing returns part of our business as well as parcels collected from our network of Parcel Shops.
