As aLogistics Operations Supervisor on ourPM shift, you’ll lead a team of Warehouse Operatives to deliver outstanding operational performance, safety, and service standards. Working closely with the Process Manager, you’ll oversee daily throughput, productivity, parcel presentation, and KPI delivery while creating a positive, high‑performing team culture. From coaching and supporting colleagues to ensuring compliance and operational excellence, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our hub running efficiently and successfully every night.
