Job summary

Evri Group in Rugby Hub is seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor (PM Shift) to lead a warehouse team, ensure safety, and maintain service levels across the shift.

You will coach operatives, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with the Process Manager to keep parcels moving efficiently through the hub while upholding quality standards.

• Support the Process Manager and step into leadership responsibilities when required.

What you’ll be doing

As aLogistics Operations Supervisor on ourPM shift, you’ll lead a team of Warehouse Operatives to deliver outstanding operational performance, safety, and service standards. Working closely with the Process Manager, you’ll oversee daily throughput, productivity, parcel presentation, and KPI delivery while creating a positive, high‑performing team culture. From coaching and supporting colleagues to ensuring compliance and operational excellence, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our hub running efficiently and successfully every night.
