Job summary

Cygnet Health Care Limited is seeking a confident, compassionate Support Worker for Cherry Tree House in Mansfield. This part-time role offers 21 hours per week across day shifts in a residential home for residents with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour.

Day-to-day duties include providing physical and emotional support, guiding individuals, and reporting welfare needs. DBS check will be required; benefits include apprenticeship options and wellbeing support.

• General requirements: working part time in residential care with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

• You will be a confident, compassionate and dedicated Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and guidance to service users, patients and residents.
• Learn about individuals' needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required.
• Safeguard and maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
• Empower and support service user independence.
