Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities at Dove Valley Mews. You’ll work full time (42 hours/week) on 12-hour shifts, with alternate weekends on a two-week rota, days only, delivering person-centred care and enabling independence.

Role includes supporting community access, reporting on welfare needs, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. DBS check is required; a dedicated apprenticeship scheme and wellbeing benefits are also

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.

You will be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (4 shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Dove Valley Mews.

Dove Valley Mews is a residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with a learning disability and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.
