Qualifications

• Experience in a readership/healthcare support role is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Cygnet Healthcare are looking for a confident Senior Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at Cygnet Broughton House.

Youll be working full time 42 hours a week, across a mixed shift pattern (day and night shifts), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Broughton House.

Broughton House is a 29 bed specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. Our aim is to provide an effective environment which promotes independence and community integration.

You are

• Sensitive & intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment

• Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service
• Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely

• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
