Job summary

CYGNET is seeking an experienced Support Worker for Elston House. You will work 42 hours per week on 12 hour day shifts to support residents with care and wellbeing.

You will provide compassionate, person-centred support, promote independence, and work as part of a dedicated team with DBS checks and ongoing training. The role includes safeguarding and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support work is desirable.
• Ability to follow care plans and safeguarding procedures.
• Willingness to learn and develop through our apprenticeship scheme.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and emotional support to service users.
• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care as required.
• Safeguard users and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Report needs and incidents to the team promptly.
