Job summary

Cygnet Healthcare in Elston is looking for an experienced Support Worker to join the team at Elston House. The role is 42 hours per week, with 12-hour day shifts, delivering compassionate care to residents.

You will provide physical and emotional support, learn individual needs, assist with medical and welfare tasks, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while supporting service user independence. DBS check will be required.

Your Day-to-Day
