Job summary

Cygnet Group's Shear Meadow is seeking a dedicated Day Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live fuller lives. You will work 40 hours per week, 12-hour shifts from 8am to 8pm on a rota, with a full UK driving licence required.

You’ll deliver person-centred care, support medical and welfare needs, maintain a safe environment, and report needs as required. Benefits include paid training, pension, free meals on duty, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
