Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors, delivering coaching, performance management, and support to achieve operational goals.

Working closely with the Section Manager and Warehouse Leadership, you will manage labour planning, address performance gaps with clear action plans, and help drive a culture that improves engagement and retention while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong people and change management potential.
• Good systems skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Resilient, flexible and approachable with strong problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors, including 1:1s to discuss performance and set SMART goals.
• Collaborate with the Section Manager to monitor delivery against plan and identify areas for shift improvement.
• Drive performance on key metrics to ensure efficient warehouse operations meeting customer demand on time and in full.
• Maintain highest safety standards and coordinate with the Safety team on procedures and risk assessments.
• Review weekly labour plans and ensure adequate coverage, flag issues and provide feedback.
• Prepare and communicate plans to bridge gaps when targets are not met, and support culture change initiatives to reduce turnover.
