Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a capable Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations in a high-risk warehouse setting. You will work closely with Facilities, Automation, and Operations to maintain top cleanliness, safety, and waste standards.

The role requires ensuring policies such as COSHH and Health & Safety are followed, plus regular training on cleaning machinery and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in warehouse cleaning and waste management.
• Background in soft services with relevant qualifications.
• Proficient in operating modern cleaning machinery.
• Experience using CAFM systems and Microsoft 365.
• Familiar with ISSA, CIMS, and BICSc standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, self-motivated and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cleaning tasks with the section manager.
• Lead the team and supervise staff.
• Manage daily cleaning operations and shifts.
• Monitor team wellbeing and provide support.
• Conduct 1-2-1 performance reviews and use KPIs.
• Maintain schedules and reporting in software.
• Ensure training compliance and equipment maintenance.
• Plan routine and reactive cleaning tasks.
• Liaise with warehouse staff, contractors and suppliers.
• Support wider Facilities team to maintain standards.
• Perform spot checks and maintain service records.
