Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop a team of Operatives and Trainee Supervisors, coaching for high performance and ensuring safety standards. You will work closely with the Section Manager and Warehouse Leadership to meet customer demand on time and in full while driving improvements across labour planning and engagement initiatives.

Reporting to the Section Manager, you will manage labour, monitor key metrics and support culture change to reduce turnover,

Qualifications

Experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain.
Strong people-management and change-management potential.
Customer-focused operational management approach.

Responsibilities

Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors.
Monitor delivery to plan and key shift areas for improvement.
Drive performance on key metrics to meet on-time and complete customer demand.
Maintain highest safety standards and work with Safety team on routines.
Review weekly labour plan and address issues with actionable plans.
Provide detailed updates when targets aren’t met and bridge gaps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to keep strategic activity on track.
Support culture change and turnover reduction initiatives.
