Frasers Group is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors. You will coach, manage performance, and align with the Section Manager to meet delivery targets.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, labour planning, and driving improvements across the warehouse to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfilment while supporting a culture of engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• High potential for people and change management.

• Problem solving ability in a fast paced business.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives / Trainee Supervisors including 1:1s to discuss performance vs expectation, identifying SMART goals when performance not met.
• Work with the Section Manager to monitor delivery to plan and improve key shift areas.
• Drive performance on key metrics to ensure on-time, in-full customer fulfilment.
• Maintain high safety standards and work with the Safety team on routines and audits.
• Review weekly labour plan, ensure adequate cover, and share issues with the Section Manager.
• Provide detailed plans when targets are missed and bridge gaps.
• Partner with stakeholders to keep strategic activity on track and supported.
• Support culture change and turnover reduction initiatives.
