Job summary

AIM Fresh Resourcing Partners Ltd in Canterbury is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to lead the night warehouse operation. You will manage people, productivity, stock flow and service levels while driving high safety and quality standards.

The role requires a hands-on leader with 5+ years in warehouse ops, experience in fresh produce or FMCG, and a valid UK driving license. The salary is £40,994 per annum with nights pattern to be confirmed; right to work in the UK is required,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience within warehouse operations.
Experience in fresh produce, food, FMCG, manufacturing or similar fast-moving environments.
Strong leadership and people-management experience.
Experience managing labour, productivity and KPIs.
Good health & safety awareness and audit familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage night warehouse operations to meet KPIs and customer requirements.
Plan labour against sales, intake and forecasts.
Develop teams and coach performance consistently.
Monitor productivity, labour costs and operational performance.
Ensure goods-in/goods-out accuracy and timely dispatch.
Maintain stock control, storage and warehouse organisation.
Ensure safe operation of MHE, racking and equipment.
Maintain safety, HACCP, hygiene and audit compliance.
Analyse performance data to drive improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain product flow.
