Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager (Days) in Canterbury to lead a fast-paced FMCG warehouse operation. The role carries a permanent, full-time contract with a salary of 40,582 per annum, and a 6:00am - 6:00pm shift pattern.

You will drive operational performance, develop teams, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years' warehouse management experience.
• Experience in FMCG, food production, manufacturing, produce, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, KPIs and budget control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience implementing operational improvements and delivering against business plans.
• Strong English and Maths skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on management role.

As Warehouse Shift Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring all goods-in and goods-out activities run efficiently while meeting KPIs, SLAs, and budget targets.
